IMS, Inc. provides a SAS-70 Type ll level credit collection services for collection departments and agencies nationwide. Our collection management process identifies each client's request electronically for a service level based on a debtors name and address. IMS will validate whether a debtor is:
- Deceased
- Has a valid address
- Has a current phone number

Based on the results, IMS will send a specific dunning letter to the debtor that has all the associated debt related information (company logo, debtor account number, debtor amount owed) for collection efforts.

Formatting of Letters
There is no charge for initial letter set-up. We have the ability to add logos, credit card payment types and digitized signatures.
Archival Storage
IMS, Inc utilizes an index searchable PDF archival system, which can be delivered to you by FTP, DVD and/ or CD Rom for easy access and retrieval.
